Halloween, the one night where the rule don't take candy from strangers does not apply to any trick-or-treater. So, on halloween night parents don't even think twice before taking there kids to the pedofile down the street,or the neighbor that was accused for scinoid poisoning. Plus the other rule for kids "don;t stay up past your bed time". Yep,... on halloween night kids can stay up late hyped on candy..(thats fun) . (I don't hate halloween these are just some thoughts that poped in my head)
